Q: For the costs that are not included in the package, such as the service fee for the tour guide and the bus driver and also the expenses at the hotel like meals and room service, would we pay that on a daily basis or at the end of the tour? How does that work out exactly? Also, on the pricing list it said that it costs $194/person for the helicopter and boat adventure tour. Is this price for both a helicopter AND boat tour or would I have to pay that price twice to do both? And lastly, I am looking at joining in July so I know that we will be visiting Santa Barbara instead of Hearst castle. Will there be any tours offered in Santa Barbara, and if so what will they be and what will they most likely cost?

The service fees for the tour guide and bus driver are paid on a daily basis in cash to the tour guide.Any hotel services you purchase during your hotel night stay are payable to the hotel directly at the time of the purchase or at the time of check-out.
The price of $194 for the optional helicopter and boat ride tour is per person for both activities.
You would have to consult with your tour guide on tour for any optional excursions that may be available in your trip to Santa Barbara.

Q: Hello, I have two questions. First, how does one get the buy 2 get 1 deal? We are interested in this tour leaving Feb. 19th 2013. There are 3 adults and one child sharing a room. I have input my information into easy book, then pressed the Book Now button as suggested, however the price did not change. In order to get the buy 2 get 1 free offer, you would have to book the third person in the same room.
Since you plan to book a room for four people, your total should be coming out to $1,168.00 total.
For your safety, the itinerary for Yosemite may change to 17 miles due to the weather and road condition, but this tour will still be making a stop at Yosemite National Park.

Yes, this tour is family-oriented and appropriate for most ages. In general, this tour is not strenuous.
Some tours will involve 3 flights of stairs on and off the helicopter; however, that is as strenuous as this
tour gets. However, it varies from person to person and each child’s attention span will differ.
For older customers, please make sure you are in good health before flying. If you have any health
problems we should be aware of, please leave a note in the comments section of your online
reservation so we can make sure your tour guide is aware of your situation.
Parents know their children better than anyone and whether they will be able to enjoy the tour or
if they will become easily distracted. Please keep that in mind when deciding whether this tour is
appropriate for your child.

We do not currently offer pickup service in either area for this tour. At this time, the closest pickup
location will be the Scenic Airlines Terminal at the McCarren airport. If you are on the South end o fthe
strip, you can either have pickup service at the Mandalay Bay or at the airport directly, as they are
similar in distance.

For any helicopter or airplane tours, there are weight restrictions for the tours, as the aircraft can only
handle so much weight per flight.
Due to this fact, anyone over 275lbs will be charged an additional surcharge which varies per tour.

online reservation with your weight and we will be able to confirm the additional charge for the tour
you are interested in.
